What makes Salem special
Schule Schloss Salem is a state-approved boarding school with around 280 employees. Since 1920, we have been working in the spirit of our founder Kurt Hahn with a clear goal: to shape personalities. We support young people from over 40 countries in taking on responsibility, experiencing community and developing their individual talents. To achieve this, we need employees who are professionally competent – but above all who work with passion, openness and heart. What makes Salem special is not only our students, but also our team: people who enjoy working in an international environment, contributing ideas and actively shaping the school and boarding school. And best of all, away from campus, one of the most beautiful regions in Germany awaits you. Lake Constance and the Alps offer water and winter sports, diverse culture and a high quality of life.Contact
